Subject: Nomination forms for Member, Organization, & Sponsor of the
year

 

The end of the year is approaching us very fast and its time to start
thinking about the important accomplishments everyone has made
throughout the year.

 

Attached are the nomination forms for Member of the Year, Organization
of the Year, and Sponsor of the Year.  Please send in your nominations
no later than Monday, November 27, 2006 EOD to Erica Brooks at 
Erica.Brooks at acxiom.com.  Award recipients will be announced at the
chapter's annual Holiday party on Tuesday, December 12.  

 

 

Member of the Year:  
Any Central Arkansas of PMI chapter member is eligible to receive this
award, regardless of whether they have volunteered to work on chapter
activities.  Many members have participated throughout the year to
organize, promote, and conduct various activities for the continuing
education of the chapter, which include:
 
*         Conducting free project management seminars.
*         Manning a booth at Little Rock Chamber of Commerce Business
Symposium promoting the chapter.
*         Securing a wide variety of guest speakers for the monthly
chapter meetings.
*         Assisted in coordinating local Hurricane Katrina disaster
relief efforts.
*         Held 2006 Fall Professional Development Day 
 
Organization of the Year:  
Any Central Arkansas organization who actively supports and promotes the
project management discipline within their organization.
 
Sponsor of the Year:  
An appreciation award for any Central Arkansas group or organization who
has supported chapter activities during this past year.
