         2006 Arkansas Chapter PMI Holiday Party.

 

Welcome PMI members: 

 

The PMI Holiday party will be held Thursday December 7, in the Louisiana
Room of Cajun's Wharf from 6pm to 9pm.  Dinner will be served with cash
bar and door prizes.  Guests are welcome with $20 charge at the door.

 

Please reserve this night for a great Cajun time of fun and food.

 

Cajun's offers Happy Hour entertainment 5:30pm -8:30pm and Main
entertainment starting at 9pm.

PORK TENDERLOIN - Marinated and glazed with stone ground mustard. Served
with sweet and spicy chutney.

  

 

SHRIMP PLATTER - A medley of shrimp presented 3 ways: fried, barbecued,
and bacon-wrapped stuffed shrimp. Served with coleslaw and Cajun Onion
rings.

 

 

GLAZED CHICKEN & SHRIMP - Char-grilled, orange-horseradish glazed
chicken breast accompanied with succulent fried jumbo shrimp.

 

 

ROSEMARY CHICKEN - A special blend of rosemary and roasted garlic
marinates this boneless char-grilled chicken breast.
