SEMINAR LEARNING OBJECTIVES
The smarter and more experienced your project team, the more you need to
weave their wisdom into the fabric of the project plan and management
strategy. This is more than merely "getting buy-in and support..." -It
means designing your project to reflect their experience of what works
and what doesn't work to achieve maximum quality with minimum effort
within each of the expert's domain.
PROGRAM BENEFITS
At the end of this session, participants will be able to select,
customize, and/or apply PM tools from The Project Manager's Partner (2nd
edition) and other new tools created specifically for this session in
order to take advantage of the unique expertise of key team members. In
other words, they will be able to better design projects that leverage
