Call to PMPs for Fall 2007 Prep Class Instructors
 
The Central Arkansas Chapter of PMI, Inc. is currently seeking certified PMPs to volunteer as instructors for the Fall 2007 PMP Exam Prep Course.  The prep course will be held on 3 consecutive Saturdays from October 20th through November 3rd.  The full course schedule will be published at a later date.
 
As a volunteer instructor, you will have the opportunity to earn up to 10 PDUs under category 2G for your participation.  Your responsibilities include:
 
*	Attending an instructor orientation/train-the-trainer session
*	Practicing your presentation skills with class material provided to you by the project manager (slides, handouts, exercises, practice tests) 
*	Sending additional handout materials you prepare to the coordinator in a timely fashion for inclusion in the student notebook 
*	Presenting class material during the prep course
*	Answering student questions during/after the course pertaining to the subject taught
*	Attending a lessons learned session after the prep course
 
Audio/Visual equipment (computer, laptop projector, PowerPoint software) will be available for your classroom presentation.
 
If you are interested in being an instructor, please complete and return the attached volunteer profile form to the email address at the bottom of the form.  Specify which topic(s) you are interested in teaching, as well as providing a list of topics you have taught for past prep courses.  Instructors will be notified of their topic assignment by the project manager.
