Cindy Lewis PMP, PMI-SP, MCT, MCP, MVP

Topic - Key Agile Techniques

Cindy Lewis is a project management consultant and trainer with 4 Pillars of Success®, her consultancy and has over 25 years of experience in project management. Her book, Microsoft Project 2019 Step by Step, was published in 2019 by Microsoft Press. This has complimented her most popular client offering - Microsoft Project training.

Since becoming an Agile practitioner around 7 years ago, she is often called on to help organizations get started in applying agile techniques and choosing the best methodology for their projects. With her passion for sharing information, she has had an opportunity to lead a variety of Agile “jump start” events including the following:

  • 2014 – Agile Methods – Undergraduate Instructor at Davenport University
  • 2015 – The only Agile concepts speaker for the Microsoft Project Virtual Conference
  • 2015, 2016, 2017 – Agile speaker and Agile workshops - PMI Northeast Florida Chapter
  • 2019 – Agile Concepts – Graduate Instructor at Grand Valley State University

Cindy is an 8-time recipient of the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award. She is also a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), and this year received the Trusted Trainer award via anonymous submission.

In addition, Cindy is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) by PMI. She earned her MBA degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, and her Bachelor's degree from WMU in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

She is active in her local chapter of the PMI and enjoys both sharing her knowledge with the project management community and helping others gain satisfaction in what they do.

Chris Payne

Topic - Change Management

Chris Payne is the Director of Operations and Development for Survivors of Suicide Loss in San Diego, CA. He received his Master of Science in Leadership with a Nonprofit Management concentration from Northeastern University. The personal model of leadership he developed focuses on emotional intelligence, teamwork, and open communication. He has a knack for getting people to reach their full potential by inspiring confidence and challenging them to work outside their comfort zone. His motto to “Keep Moving Forward” motivates him to adapt to hard times with a positive mindset, always searching for learning and growth opportunities.

Chris has a passion for the ocean, running, hiking, and working with positive people!




Cindy Gaddis PMP

Topic - Managing Remote Teams

Cindy Gaddis, U.S. Army Veteran, co-author of the most recent Veterans Business Guide and Senior Vice President of Business Development for Advanced Technological Solutions, has over 15 years’ experience within the public sector, from Marketing, Business Development, Capture and Proposal Development, to Contract and Project Management. Cindy is a PMI.org certified Project Management Professional (PMP), National Contract Management Association (NCMA), and Association of the United States Army (AUSA) lifetime member.       

Cindy has led both large and small teams, in a virtual environment, to pursue, win, and successfully execute over $1 BILLION in Federal contracts. She is an outgoing and energetic speaker with a plethora of 'real-world' experience to share.



Tullio Siragusa

Topic - Emotionally Intelligent Leadership

Tullio Siragusa is an expert level Certified Life Coach, a pioneer of disruptive technologies, and emotional intelligence (EQ) thought leader, futurist, speaker, and author. For the past 30 years, Tullio has built world-class leadership teams in technology companies and startups.

Past leadership roles include Director & Partner at CSC, PwC, and senior executive positions with both industry-leading public and privately held companies.

Tullio currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Nearsoft, he co-produces and hosts DojoLIVE! a platform that gives voice to emerging technology luminaries. Guests include Vint Cerf, the father of the commercial internet, and the Chief Internet Evangelist at Google.

He also hosts Rant & Grow, an entertaining and heart-centered reality podcast where each episode explores people’s personal blockages and how to powerfully move forward with careers, relationships, and self-realization by developing healthy habits.

As a founding member of Radical Purpose, a social justice movement, Tullio is a strong supporter of human-dignity in all aspects of life, including freedom in the workplace.
