In project management, we understand the value of smart investments. We allocate time, resources, and effort to ensure successful outcomes. This year, I challenge each of us to invest in ourselves—whether that means earning a new certification, mentoring an emerging professional, or simply sharpening our skills to stay ahead in an ever-evolving industry....
